Meine sportlichen Ziele für 2009 sind der Wien Marathon und der Ironman Austria in Kärnten. Durch dies und wieder einigen Dienstreisen ist nicht die gewünschte Trainingszeit zusammen gekommen. Ebenso hat mich mein Schnitt in der Fußsohle einigermaßen behindert. Besser jetzt eine kleine Verletzung als vor einem wichtigen Bewerb. Dabei lege ich weniger Wert auf Anzahl der Einheiten als auf die Länge der Einheiten. Highlight war dabei sicher ein 3h20Lauf mit meinen Freunden und anschließendem Belohnungsessen. Die Strecke ging von Mörbisch zuerst nach Ungarn, dann zurück nach Österreich, Neusiedl und wieder zurück nach Mörbisch. Also eine komplette Seeumrundung.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); font-size: 85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mein Zeitziel von unter 4Stunden habe ich knapp erreicht (3h59:18). Die Zeit war mit 3:11:30 für mich sehr gut. Eine Verbesserung von ca. 18 Minuten zum Radmarathon 2005.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); font-size: 85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Negativ in dieser Woche sind meine anhaltenden Kniebeschwerden. Ein Arzttermin kommende Woche soll Abhilfe bringen. Dies dient speziell zur Vorbereitung für die beiden kommenden Radmarathons und das 24h-Radrennen in Theiß im Mai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); font-size: 85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sehr viel Spaß hat die 4h Koppeleinheit R/L am Sonntag gemacht. Grund ist das Trainingslager auf Mallorca. Dort war natürlich der Schwerpunkt auf Radfahren mit ein paar Lockerungsläufen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); font-size: 85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt; Lange Radeinheiten bei durchwachsenem Wetter waren am Programm. Dabei wurden auch 5500Höhenmeter überwunden. Mit dabei bei den Radeinheiten waren auch Georg, Blacky, Fritz, Schabl und Christian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Insgesammt wieder eine sehr gelungene Trainingswoche auf Mallorca die sicherlich eine Leistungssteigerung am Rad bewirkt hat. Zwar gemütlich und mit kleinen Pausen aber imerhin in 1h32. Dabei ist es mir eigentlich sehr gut gegangen. Schwimmen wird also beim Ironman in Kärnten eher nicht das Problem sein :-)&lt;br /&gt;Dafür habe ich am Wochenende eine Trainingspause gebraucht. Muß auch mal sein in so einer langen Trainingsphase. Leider mußte ich meine uralt Laufschuhe verwenden. Dadurch hatte ich spez. in der ersten Runde starke Schmerzen in den Beinen. Diesmal zu vier waren wir schon ab 05:30Uhr im Prater unterwegs. War echt super diese Rad/Lauf-Einheit in unserer Trainingsgruppe gemeinsam zu machen. Allerdings sind die viele Einheiten dieser Woche nun schon einigermaßen belastend. Nach der "Gewichts-Wette  habe ich auch wieder normal (viel) gegessen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); font-size: 85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Der Lactat Test zeigte überraschend gute Schwellenwerte auf dem Laufband. So wird die IANS (4mmol) erst bei 13,5 Km/h und 171Puls überschritten. Die 2mmol Schwelle bei 12Km/h und ca. 160Puls. Hat echt Spaß gemacht wieder mal eine Zeit unter 2Stunden zu laufen. Mit meinem Laufpartner Georg war der Halbmarathon diesmal wirklich kurzweilig. Die Ergo-Einheiten hingegen sind sehr hart zur Zeit. Aber wenns stark und schnell macht :-)   Auch der "Early morning Lauf" der von uns jeden Donnerstag um 5Uhr früh ins Leben gerufen wurde macht Spaß. Super war der Simmeringer Dreikönigslauf den jedes Jahr die Endorphin Junkies hervorragend organisieren.  Erstmals bin ich mit meinem Sohn gemeinsam diesen Fun-Bewerb gelaufen. Lustig war auch unser geplanter Radausflug am Freitag bei dem mir 3x die Kette gerissen ist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);font-size:85%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Gewicht ist mehr oder weniger stabil. Noch gebe ich die Wette nicht auf. Die kommende Woche wird gefastet was das Zeug hält.
